The 14th release in the catalog brings ‘Legosonic’ EP, a debut of a young free-impro music duo named The Last 2 Brain Cells.
Music for ‘Legosonic’ EP was recorded in a continuous improvisation session with no frames drawn in advance and no concrete form or structure. Nevertheless, spontaneously occurring musical textures and ideas naturally overlap with each other by constantly evolving and transforming into a musical form of microstructures. The overall soundscape created by using a modular synthesizer and a chain of guitar’s effects pedals as an instrument. The EP itself becomes a magical musical journey with different influences from music genres like Jazz, Rock, Metal, Avant-garde, and Classic.
